Does your life force feel stagnant, and the juice has dried out of your life? Are you looking for better tools to create a fulfilling, more positive and productive life? A life that's closer to your dreams and ideals? Now, with the Write Life Diary™ practice developed by Kristiina Hiukka, you have a tool to fine tune a good life into a great life and create the life you truly want to live.
In the privacy of a diary you can compose positive solutions and scenarios of your ideal life. This method takes the diary writing beyond passive recording of daily events. It combines the playful qualities of journal writing with creative and productive problem-solving. The creative power of positive thinking and the law of attraction supercharge the benefits and techniques of ordinary diary writing.
Says Kristiina Hiukka, "The Write Life Diary was born out of my need to find a more productive use for my daily diary writing habit, something I started at age nine growing up in Finland. To extend my writing beyond just passively recording what happened in my life, I wanted to be more proactive in deciding what I wanted to experience in my lifetime. Through reading and writing, I realized there was a process I used for visualizing and writing about my future. For this book, I have drawn from my own positive experiences from this process, as well as connected the process to the experiences and research of a wide spectrum of writers.”
Along with confirming the validity of writing as a tool for creating positive life outcomes based on the research and findings of various authors, Ms. Hiukka offers anecdotal evidence and a range of options and examples for developing the diary writing habit. She leads the diary writer through a series of writing exercises, exercises she has used successfully with her students, to illustrate how the practice of daily writing can be a tool used to set in motion positive events and changes to fulfill your life.
